Forget everything you know and have been told about getting muscle mass. Getting fit is easier than you think, and a lot faster. You will see more results if you avoid the time wasters, and do the right things! The truths are quite clear once you see what I have to show you, discover now:
Forget the cardio
While it may seem easier to run on the treadmill or bicycle every day, you will not see many visible results from cardio training. Cardio is good for your vascular, respiratory, and circulatory systems but will do little to help you build muscle mass.
Therefore if you are depending on running to help your body you will never look the way you envision. It’s just a total waste of time really, it will just keep your insides in check; not your physical body on the outside.
Alter your workout routine
Many people presume that working out three days a week is enough to build muscle mass alone, but after a few weeks if you do not vary your routine you will bottom out. Why? Your muscles will build a tolerance if you do not vary your reps and sets making it impossible to build further muscle.
To avoid this make sure you change your routine every week so that you are continuously building muscle and not just retaining it.
Changing things up keeps your body in check, doesn’t tired out your muscles as well. Yes, muscles can get tired from doing the same old thing over and over. Consider your clothes when you wear them too much, the fabrics begin to wear down and deteriorate; same thing when you are constantly flexing your muscles in the same manner, they will actually wear down.
